Righto, have a Captain Cook (look) at the star of our April Gin Club, the sugar free 40% Lilly Pilly Gin from Manly Sprits, founded in 2017 by David and Vanessa from Manly, a beach side suburb of northern Sydney, who have clearly spent heaps of hours perfecting a pink gin of distinction.
It's a real sweet spot in the gin world for sure, using copper stills and 12 coastal botanicals foraged from the nearby beaches, including lilly pilly and riberry (both native winter-fruiting evergreen trees), limes, blood orange, rosella, sea fig and a herb called nasturtium, alongside a final 18 hour raspberry infusion to give it that distinctive and delicate pink hue.

We love gin so much we started our own Gin Club back in 2019 and pride ourselves on running the UK's friendliest dedicated gin club around. However, its very rare, but don't get me wrong, things do go wrong.
